Our Story
Sushi House Alanya is a story about quality you cannot fake. In 2021 we opened on the Turkish coast with one goal: serve food the way real Japanese restaurants do. Not cheaper — better.
Who stands behind Sushi House
The owners — two partners. One of us — former restaurant owner from Kharkiv, Ukraine, who climbed from kitchen apprentice to full-cycle restaurant manager. He knows what "quality food keeps a customer" really means — not by service, not by speed, but by taste itself. Together we keep quality, control and standards — every single day, no compromises.
He brought that experience to Alanya and built the team by the same principles: people who can cook, not just package.
Head chef — 12 years behind
Our chef is from Almaty. 12 years in Japanese and fusion cuisine, internships across three kitchens, mastery of every key technique: uramaki, nigiri, tempura, unagi glaze. His signature — balance of freshness and character. Every roll is hand-assembled at the moment of order. No prep. No freezing.
Our philosophy
We stand for quality, not "delivery". Delivery is the package. Quality is the content. We care what ends up on your plate in 40 minutes — not how prettily it is wrapped.
But that only works in synergy of three things:
- Product quality. Daily Norwegian salmon. Real Philadelphia cheese. Japanese short-grain rice. Sauces made on premises.
- Delivery speed. 30-40 minutes to your door — because a salmon roll after an hour in a box stops being a roll and becomes a compromise.
- Manager work. Every call — attention. Every order — double-checked. Every complaint — answered by the owner personally.
